About the role

Onsite I.T. personnel for reliable maintenance of Altron-DSF Logistics operations (less than 40 employees)

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot the company's I.T infrastructure to ensure stable and secure connectivity
• Administer and repair PCs, laptops, and peripherals to keep employees fully equipped
• Manage and service photocopiers, printers, and scanners for smooth document processing
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot PABX telephone systems for clear and reliable communication
• Oversee and maintain fingerprint biometric systems for accurate timekeeping and access control
• Perform regular data backups and basic cybersecurity checks to safeguard company information
• Provide on-site technical support and user training to help staff maximize their tools

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as an IT Administrator, Helpdesk Technician, or System Administrator
• Preferably within a small-to-medium enterprise (SME) or logistics setup
