ทั้งในรูปแบบแฟ้ม (Hard Copy) และในระบบจัดเก็บไฟล์ดิจิทัล
สแกนและแปลงไฟล์ : สแกนสำนวน/เอกสาร เข้าระบบ
"สนับสนุนงาน IT"
ติดตั้งระบบและโปรแกรม : ลงระบบปฏิบัติการ (Windows) โปรแกรมใช้งานพื้นฐานและโปรแกรมเฉพาะของบริษัทให้พร้อมใช้งาน
ซ่อมแซมและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น:ตรวจเช็กอาการคอมพิวเตอร์เสีย เปิดไม่ติด อินเทอร์เน็ตหลุด หรือสแกนไวรัส ให้กับพนักงานในออฟฟิศ
ทักษะช่างคอมพิวเตอร์:มีความรู้เรื่องฮาร์ดแวร์ (RAM, Hard drive, SSD) และสามารถแกะเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนพื้นฐานได้
ดูแลระบบ CCTV : ตรวจสอบสถานะการทำงานของกล้องวงจรปิด ดึงไฟล์ภาพย้อนหลังเมื่อเกิดเหตุการณ์จำเป็น
