IT Command Center Head

Under the general direction of the Head of Infrastructure Delivery, the IT Command Center (ITCC) Head oversee the strategic and operational aspects of the IT Command Center, ensuring the continuous monitoring, analysis, and optimization of the bank’s IT Infrastructure covering but not limited to Network, Server, Database and Application, etc. Moreover, this function ensures the reliability, availability, performance security of the bank’s IT Infrastructure and responding to system alerts, events and cybersecurity related events. Additionally, the ITCC Head plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining a comprehensive documentation, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the highest standards of IT service. This position requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to steer the ITCC towards proactive incident prevention and efficient problem resolution, aligning IT operations with organizational objectives.

Infrastructure Monitoring and Analysis

• Continuously monitor IT Infrastructure, systems, networks, applications for security events, performance issues, and potential incidents

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to relay any irregularity (captured from monitoring/alerts reports) and coordinate resolution efforts
• Provide timely updates during incident response to stakeholders and leadership
• Work closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure a unified and effective response to incident.

Vendor Management

• Manage 3rd party service providers with direct involvement to IT Command Center
• Regularly monitors vendor performance to ensure service deliverables are achieved and in accordance with the defined SLAs.
• Draft contracts and memos for Maintenance Services and renewals.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any Four (4) years IT related course.
• Must have at least 5 years relevant IT experience and with focus on IT Infrastructure Monitoring, Network Operations and Security Operations Center
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Must have technical working knowledge and skills on the following:

1. Practices and methods of IT strategy, enterprise architecture, network and security architecture
2. Infrastructure Monitoring Tools covering systems, network, security, databases, etc.
3. Network devices such as firewall (Network, Web and DB), Proxy servers, Network Admission, Load Balancers, IP address management, etc.
4. Knowledgeable on various telco network setup
5. Security tools such as PAM, SIEM, DLP, AD, EEP, XDR, SOAR, CASB, Zero Trust, DAM, DB FW, Data Security, Identity and Access Mgt, VAPT, Source Code Analyzer, etc.
6. Cloud Security
7. Cyberthreat Security Monitoring Tools
8. Incident Management and Escalation.
9. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
10. Knowledge of ISO27001 Information Security and OWASP Framework
11. Understanding of BSP c808 and c982
