It Compliance Analyst/ GRC Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Collect, organize, and maintain audit evidence and compliance documentation.
• Maintain company policies, SOPs, procedures, and process documents.
• Follow up with respective teams on audit observations and corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance trackers, risk registers, and audit reports.
• Support ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ITGC compliance activities.
• Perform periodic compliance checks and identify process gaps.
• Coordinate with Delivery, IT, HR, Admin, Finance, and other departments.
• Prepare monthly and periodic compliance reports for management.
• Ensure timely review and updation of policies and process documentation.
• Support information security awareness and compliance training activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 Months 1 Year of experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit, GRC, or Process Management.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ITGC.
• ISO 27001 Certification is mandatory.
• Good documentation and MS Excel skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and meet deadlines.
