IT Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, law-enforcement directives, and industry standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT compliance frameworks and policies.
• Arrange and coordinate security drills to test organizational readiness.
• Draft and submit official incident response documentation to regulatory and law-enforcement agencies
• Oversee incident management reporting, ensuring timely escalation and communication with relevant authorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Provide guidance on cloud security, AI security, and advanced defense strategies.
• Maintain awareness of evolving compliance regulations and emerging cyber threats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proven 5+ years experience in IT compliance, audit, or risk management.
• Familiarity with technology risk management and cyber security best practices on fintech, data privacy is preferred.
• Experience in incident management and regulatory reporting.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and liaise with external regulators.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
