About the Role
Tech Essentia is looking for an experienced IT Consultant – Python who can understand business requirements, provide technical solutions, and work closely with clients and internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client/business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and integrations.
- Work with APIs, databases, and third-party integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyse existing systems and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams.
- Guide junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and business requirements.
Key Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in Python development/IT consulting.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in understanding and managing client requirements.
- Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Education
- B.Tech/B.E./MCA or equivalent technical qualification.
- Relevant professional experience will also be considered.
