IT Contracts Manager

Position: IT Contracts Manager | OFFSHORE

Job Type: Full- Time Employment

Type of Work: Work from Home (WFH)

Company Location: Bengaluru. Karnataka

Work Hours: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST (India Standard Time)

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and redline agreements (e.g., nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontract agreements, master services agreements, statements of work)
• Review RFx Bids & Documents (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and work with sales and proposal managers on terms and conditions and resulting contract awards
• Manage a variety of contracts from cradle to grave and contractual relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, resellers, etc.
• Work directly with internal stakeholders, customers and/or vendors on contractual issues
• Create and maintain positive relationships with sales teams, project managers, finance, and other internal business units
• Effectively manage pipeline of work in a fast paced, sales-driven company
• Work with Contract Director and Senior Vice President, Operations to develop and improve standardized forms and processes
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with a minimum of 8+ years experience working for a professional services or technology company in a contracts role
• Ability to multitask several priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines
• Experience negotiating with commercial, corporate, governmental customers
• Expertise of full life-cycle contract management and contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, etc.)
• Eagerness to learn and tackle tasks outside of your area of expertise
• Ability to work in an independent yet collaborative environment
