IT Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain and update laptop, desktop, and IT asset records in the system.

2. Record hardware details such as model, serial number, specification, user, and location.

3. Record installed software details and update software information when changes are made.

4. Assist in laptop setup for new staff, including user account, software installation, and basic configuration.

5. Monitor IT asset movement, transfer, return, and disposal records.

6. Perform periodic checking of IT assets to ensure records are accurate and up to date.

7. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repair, servicing, or replacement when required.

8. Provide basic IT support for laptops, printers, and office devices.

9. Prepare simple IT asset and inventory reports when requested.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.

2. Able to work under pressure and fast pace environment.
