IT Coordinator

About the role

PT SYSTEX Asia Indonesia is looking for a proactive and organized IT Coordinator to support IT operations, service delivery, and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily IT support activities, service requests, and issue escalation
• Monitor tickets and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
• Coordinate engineers, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Assist with IT infrastructure projects, implementation schedules, and resource planning
• Prepare project documentation, service reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates
• Maintain IT asset, license, warranty, and inventory records
• Monitor service-level commitments and customer satisfaction
• Support procurement, delivery, installation, and handover processes

About you

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support, service coordination, or project administration
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, security, cloud, and end-user support
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across different teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good written and spoken English
• Familiarity with ITIL, ticketing systems, and project management is an advantage
