IT Coordinator

The IT Executive/Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role involves troubleshooting, implementing IT solutions, and coordinating with team members to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize disruptions
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and devices.
• Ensure network connectivity and security by managing firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Install, configure, and update hardware (computers, printers, peripherals) and software applications.
• Manage IT inventory and ensure the timely procurement of required equipment.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and processes.
• Install and configure CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, and recording devices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support/Technical Support .
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux and MS Office.
• Familiarity with networking protocols, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud platforms and IT management tools.

Location: Calicut

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
