IT Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day IT support activities under AMC contracts.
• Receive, register, and track client service requests and support tickets.
• Coordinate with technical engineers for timely assignment and resolution of issues.
• Follow up with engineers to ensure tickets are attended to and closed within agreed SLA timelines.
• Communicate with clients regarding service requests, engineer visits, updates, and resolutions.
• Maintain proper records of AMC clients, contracts, service calls, engineer visits, and pending issues.
• Monitor AMC contract expiry and renewal dates and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely renewal.
• Prepare and maintain AMC-related reports, including open tickets, closed tickets, pending issues, and engineer activities.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and ensure visits are completed as planned.
• Follow up on pending technical issues and escalate delays when required.
• Coordinate with the sales and finance teams regarding AMC renewals, quotations, invoices, and payment-related matters.
• Ensure all client communication and service documentation are properly maintained.
• Assist management in preparing AMC performance and service reports.
• Handle client complaints and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
• Ensure service commitments and SLA requirements are properly followed.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
