IT Coordinator

NIMS Hospital, Wandoor is looking for a skilled and responsible IT Coordinator to support the hospital’s day-to-day IT operations, systems, and technical requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day IT operations across hospital departments.

• Provide basic technical support to staff for computers, printers, network, software, and other IT equipment.

• Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

• Support and maintain hospital information systems (HIS) and other software applications.

• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for technical support and maintenance.

• Assist in user account management, system access, and basic IT security requirements.

• Monitor IT equipment and maintain proper records of hardware and software assets.

• Support data backup and system maintenance activities.

• Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and security practices.

• Respond to IT-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare and maintain IT-related reports, documentation, and service records.

• Provide technical support during system upgrades, installations, and other IT projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support/IT coordination, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Basic knowledge of hospital information systems/HIS will be an advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple IT-related issues and prioritize tasks.

• Willingness to work with different hospital departments.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
