IT Credit Card Operations Manager

What You'll Do:

The Infrastructure Project Manager and IT Operations Manager is responsible for managing infrastructure-related projects and overseeing the effective delivery of day-to-day IT operations. The role will provide dedicated infrastructure project management support to the Credit Card Project, while ensuring the stability, availability, security, and performance of the Bank's technology infrastructure and operational services. The position will work closely with project teams, IT units, business stakeholders, vendors, service providers, and governance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate infrastructure workstreams for the Credit Card Project, including cloud, network, connectivity, servers, databases, security, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and end-user requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, resource requirements, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate infrastructure requirements among the Credit Card Project Team, application teams, vendors, service providers, and internal IT units.
• Ensure infrastructure deliverables are completed according to the approved scope, schedule, budget, architecture, and security standards.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and critical paths, and escalate significant concerns to the Head of Infrastructure Delivery.
• Facilitate technical workshops, project meetings, readiness assessments, and management updates.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover, rollback, hypercare, and transition-to-operations activities.
• Monitor the availability and performance of servers, databases, networks, cloud services, data centers, security platforms, and end-user support services.
• Lead or coordinate the management of major incidents, including timely escalation, stakeholder communication, service restoration, and root-cause analysis.
• Provide direction and coordination to infrastructure and IT Operations teams for assigned projects and operational priorities.

What We Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, technology operations, or project management.
• At least five (5) years of experience in project lead, operations lead, or managerial capacity.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex infrastructure projects involving multiple teams and vendors.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, networks, servers, databases, cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and data-center operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL, project management, technology risk management, outsourcing, and change-management practices.
