主要職責：

負責 MT 系統及相關應用於生產、測試、開發環境之日常運維

執行系統監控、檢查、告警處理及日誌分析，保障系統穩定、高效及安全運作

處理系統事故與服務請求，負責故障診斷、根因分析、升級跟進直至問題解決

執行系統部署、版本發布、配置變更、補丁更新、回滾及發布後檢查

監控及排查批次作業、排程任務、介面、數據流與上下游系統連接異常

與開發、基建、網絡、數據庫、風險及業務團隊緊密協作，處理問題及優化服務

建立及維護運維檔、SOP、Runbook、系統架構圖與事故記錄

參與備份恢復、災難恢復、業務連續性、容量規劃及高可用架構相關工作

參與系統升級、平臺遷移、監控優化等 IT 改善項目

職位要求

大專或以上學歷，資訊科技、電腦科學、金融科技或相關專業優先

具備2年或以上MT &MT5管理後台操作經驗

瞭解MT &CRM與交易平台的數據對接邏輯

具備基本編程知識（如SQL、Python、JavaScript等）者優先，能協助開發定制功能

良好的邏輯思維及問題解決能力

細心、有責任心，能獨立處理系統問題

良好溝通能力，能與供應商及內部團隊有效協作

操流利粵語、普通話

月薪 HK$25,000 - 40,000（視乎經驗及技能而定）

System Operations Engineer / IT System Operations Staff (CRM & MT5 System)

Company Overview
HATC 華安泰昌 is a financial services company specialising in Contract for Difference (CFD) trading, dedicated to providing clients with professional, innovative, and efficient investment solutions. As our business grows, we are looking for a specialist familiar with MT5 and CRM systems to help manage and optimise our existing systems, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the MT system and related applications across production, testing, and development environments
• Perform system monitoring, inspections, alert handling, and log analysis to ensure stable, efficient, and secure system operations
• Handle system incidents and service requests, including fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, escalation follow-up, and resolution
• Execute system deployments, version releases, configuration changes, patch updates, rollbacks, and post-release checks
• Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, scheduled tasks, interfaces, data flows, and upstream/downstream system connectivity issues
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, network, database, risk, and business teams to resolve issues and optimise services
• Establish and maintain operations documentation, SOPs, Runbooks, system architecture diagrams, and incident records
• Participate in backup and recovery, disaster recovery, business continuity, capacity planning, and high-availability architecture initiatives
• Participate in IT improvement projects such as system upgrades, platform migrations, and monitoring optimisation

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above; preference for candidates with a background in Information Technology, Computer Science, FinTech, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating MT / MT5 administration back-end systems
• Understanding of data integration logic between MT / CRM and trading platforms
• Candidates with basic programming knowledge (e.g. SQL, Python, JavaScript) are preferred, with the ability to assist in developing custom features
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle system issues independently
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin

Salary
HK$25,000 – 40,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills)
