Job Description

We are seeking an IT Custodian who will be responsible for managing and tracking IT assets throughout their lifecycle. This role ensures accurate inventory records, asset accountability, and compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, and inventories.
• Track asset deployment, transfer, return, repair, and disposal activities.
• Ensure proper asset tagging, documentation, and inventory control.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor stock levels of IT supplies, spare parts, and operational equipment.
• Prepare asset and inventory reports for management and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with IT, procurement, and support teams regarding asset movements and requirements.
• Support internal and external audits related to IT assets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated IT and data center areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in IT asset management, inventory control, or administrative support.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and inventory processes.
• Experience using spreadsheets, inventory systems, and asset tracking tools.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Asset or inventory management certifications are an advantage.
