What you will do:
Provide basic troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and network issues
Assist in resolving simple technical issues related to operational devices
Support the setup and checking of IT equipment within the venue
Ensure IT devices are functioning properly during operational hours
Assist with basic system maintenance and software updates
Support daily IT documentation and reporting
Collaborate with the IT team to maintain smooth operations
