Job Summary:

The Data Center Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing the bank’s data center operations. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations, monitoring and maintenance of the data center appliances to ensure maximum uptime, data security, and operational efficiency. Additionally, the role manages the shift schedules and performance of the team that runs the regular System Jobs and Transaction Support services outside of the banking hours.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field
• With at least 5 years’ experience in IT operations and at least 3 years experience leadership role in the field
• Proven experience managing data center teams, overseeing data center operations, and ensuring high availability, security, and performance of data center systems.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
