IT Data Demand Management

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and define business and data requirements.
• Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Analyze data sources, data flows, and integration requirements.
• Manage data projects from planning through implementation.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Support data governance, data mapping, and regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders and drive successful project delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiar with Big Data technologies such as MS SQL, Greenplum, Cloudera, Python, and Data Pipeline frameworks.
• Understanding of Data Management, Data Architecture, and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting and data mapping is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong project management, leadership, and time management skills.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, System Analysis, Project Management, or related roles.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
