IT Data Governance

• Data Governance – 70%: Data definitions, business rules, standards, policies, procedures, DG Council support, governance initiatives, data compliance, audits, and coaching of the Master Data Specialist and stakeholders. If candidates with direct DG experience are limited, we can consider Business Analyst or Architect profiles with strong business process, requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and process improvement experience.
• Data Quality – 20%: DQ checklists, SOPs, templates, scorecards, RCA, controls, and escalated issues.
• Data Reporting – 10%: Data Governance SLAs/KPIs, dashboards, and metrics.

Non-Negotiable Skills

1. 4–5+ years in Data Management, Data Governance or Business Process and Process Improvement.
2. Experience developing policies, procedures, SOPs, and documentation.
3. Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and mentoring skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including RCA and impact assessment.
5. Average or Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, Visio, and MS Project.

Nice to Have

• SAP/ERP master data experience (MDG, MM, SD, FICO, Info Steward).
• Power BI/Power Query and dashboard development.
• Retail or manufacturing experience.
• Exposure to POS, SAP B1, e-commerce, EDW, or ticketing systems.
