What they need
Responsibility:
Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining good quality of the data.
Provide Monthly update to the department and management.
Provide support on various adhoc project simulation and before-after analysis.
Assists the department on all kinds of analytical needs Involved in operational research to optimize various initiatives taken by the company.
Developing new automation or reports using various tool.
Requirements
Fresh Graduates or with one to two years of working experience.
Possess Bachelor’s Degree relevant to Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, operational research, computer science, business relevant majors.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
Excellent logical thinking, analytical thinking, problem solving and conflict management skills.
Excellent in numeracy, reporting and analytical skills, with great command on MS Excel skills.
Knowing python programming and SQL is a plus
Strong adaptability, flexibility and initiative
