IT Delivery Manager (Infrastructure)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager with an infrastructure background to manage the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure projects from planning through implementation, deployment, and handover
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables
• Coordinate infrastructure, cloud, security, development, vendor, and business teams
• Ensure solutions meet agreed quality, security, and service-level requirements
• Lead stakeholder communication, project reporting, governance, and executive updates
• Coordinate UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation activities
• Ensure technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational handover
• Manage vendors and third-party service providers
• Drive continuous improvement in IT infrastructure delivery processes

About you

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project/Delivery Management
• Experience managing infrastructure implementation and migration projects
• Strong understanding of cloud, hybrid/multi-cloud, servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and security
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies
• Strong stakeholder, risk, budget, vendor, and team management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
