IT Deployment Technician

About the Role

Medasource is seeking Technical Dress Rehearsal Testers to support an Epic go-live across a regional network of hospitals. As part of a small testing pod, you'll verify that devices and hardware in clinical areas work correctly with Epic before go-live.

What You'll Do

• Execute test scripts on end-user devices (printers, scanners) in clinical units
• Confirm devices connect, print, and function correctly within Epic workflows
• Document test results and log issues accurately in the tracking tool
• Retest devices after fixes and confirm resolution
• Work with the TDR Team Lead and on-site staff to keep testing on schedule

What You Bring

• Experience with device testing or desktop/field support in a hospital setting
• Familiarity with hospital hardware and peripherals
• Attention to detail and clear documentation habits
• Comfort working in active clinical areas alongside care teams
• Ability to travel between sites and work flexible hours around the go-live schedule

Nice to Have

• Prior Epic TDR experience
• Experience on multi-hospital or enterprise rollouts
