IT Deployment Technician

iPhone Deployment Support – NJ (Contract, Starts Oct 15)

Description:

This is a temporary contract role with potential for future projects and a possible permanent position for strong performers.

What you'll do:

• Unbox, activate, and set up new iPhones for end users
• Transfer data from old devices (contacts, photos, apps, settings)
• Assist users with basic setup and sign-in
• Track devices and document completed deployments
• Keep the process organized and on schedule

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on experience with iPhone setup and data transfer (Quick Start, iCloud, etc.)
• Prior device deployment or IT support experience preferred
• MDM experience (Intune, Jamf, Apple Business Manager) a plus
• Professional and comfortable working directly with end users
• Able to work on-site in the DC area starting Oct 15

Project details:

• Location: NJ (on-site)
• Schedule: 8 hours per day
