IT Deployment Technician

We are seeking a hands-on IT Deployment Technician to provide part-time support at a local warehouse facility in the Memphis area. This role will focus on computer deployments, Windows 11 installation and configuration, and the processing of returned IT assets.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and prepare computers for end users.
• Perform standard Windows 11 installations and configurations.
• Handle computer and IT equipment returns.
• Track, organize, and maintain IT assets and inventory.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and operating system issues.
• Follow established IT deployment and asset-management procedures.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in IT support, desktop support, PC deployment, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 installation and configuration.
• Comfortable working with computer hardware and peripherals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Reliable and comfortable working independently in a warehouse environment.
