Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an IT Designer / Business Analyst to join an international banking environment, working on the evolution of financial applications and systems . The role combines business analysis, functional design and project delivery, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, with a strong focus on Finance and Accounting systems .

✅ Professional Experience & Main Tasks

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and IT solutions .
• Design and support the evolution of financial applications and systems .
• Define and refine requirements, user stories and functional designs within an Agile environment.
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Risk, IT and business stakeholders .
• Coordinate and support IT projects, including planning, delivery, testing and implementation.
• Identify risks and issues and contribute to effective solutions.
• Support users throughout testing, training and application evolution .
• Contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement of financial systems.

✅ Skills & Experience

• Experience as an IT Designer, Business Analyst or Functional Analyst .
• Strong experience with financial systems, Finance and Accounting processes .
• Good understanding of banking products and financial reporting .
• Knowledge of data management, databases, query languages and BI tools .
• Experience working between business and technical teams .
• Knowledge of Agile, JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment .
