IT Desktop Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Tier 1 & Tier 2 End User Computing (EUC) support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, RF scanners, and printers.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Incident, Service Request, and Escalation Management.
• Active Directory/Azure AD user administration, onboarding/offboarding, and access management.
• Basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and hardware break-fix support.
• ITIL-based support operations with expertise in asset management, vendor coordination, and warehouse application support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Tier 1 & Tier 2 onsite IT support for warehouse users.
• Incident and service request management through ServiceNow.
• Support for PCs, laptops, RF scanners, printers, mobile devices, tablets, and video conferencing equipment.
• User account administration (access requests, password resets, account unlocks).
• Basic network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Support for approved business and warehouse applications.
• Hardware installation, configuration, and replacement coordination.
• IT asset and inventory management.
• User onboarding/offboarding support.
• End-user training and guidance.
• Onsite support at nearby locations within the agreed service radius.
• Escalation and coordination with L3, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams.

Salary Range-$ 55,000-$ 75,000 a year
