What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related course. Experience in desktop support, technical support, or IT helpdesk is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking. Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and user account management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate with IT teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
