Description of Duties

• Resolve IT support requests and technical issues reported by employees.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding computer systems, software, and applications.
• Gather and analyze information to diagnose and troubleshoot computer system issues.
• Modify configurations, settings, and permissions to resolve technical problems.
• Create and manage system sign-ins/accounts for new hires during the onboarding process.
• Install new software, hardware drivers, and updates as required.
• Provide employees with regular updates on the status of their service requests.
• Log all IT support services and maintain accurate and up-to-date support tickets.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

• Knowledge of commonly used software, hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Strong oral communication skills, with the ability to gather information from employees and explain technical concepts in simple and understandable terms.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to effectively assist and communicate with multiple employees.
• Good observational and problem-solving skills to identify warning signs and potential technical issues.
