IT Desktop Support Engineer

IT support profile includes installing, troubleshooting & resolving Software, Hardware & IT Peripherals related issues. It includes (but may not be limited) to the following activities:

• Install, configure & update Operating System, Mail / Mail Clients configuration, backup & Troubleshooting
• Repair/replace hardware components, Local and Network Printer configuration, troubleshooting
• Basic configuration of Firewall and managing firewall
• Data Backup
• Support/troubleshoot local area networks (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN remote access
• Diagnosis of issues related to CCTV, Attendance machine etc and coordinating with concerned service provider
• Inventory management
• Manage user credentials via Active Directory (AD)
• Manage IT asset inventory
• Maintaining daily reports of the work done and sharing the same with concerned authorities on a daily basis

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
