What they need

- Entry/ Junior level (Training provided)
Job Scope:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and IT system issues.
- Provide technical support, including system configuration, patching, testing, and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with performance standards.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, servers, and IT peripherals.
- Conduct end-user training and coordinate with external vendors when required.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks to minimize downtime.
Job Requirements:
- Nitec in Computer Science/IT Engineering or equivalent.
- Entry level is welcomed
