IT Desktop Support Engineer (Islandwide Schools)

📍 Location: Islandwide (Different school assigned daily)

💰 Salary: Up to $2,450/month
🎁 Performance Bonus (Up to 1 Month)

🗓️ Contract: 1 Year (Renewable)

⏰ Working Hours

• Monday - Friday
• 7:00am - 4:00pm (or based on school's operating hours)
• No OT

✨ Job Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and end-user IT support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and applications.
• Support user account management and password resets.
• Perform desktop imaging, software deployment, and patch updates.
• Manage IT assets and support equipment inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Desktop Support experience (internship experience can be considered but cannot be solely internship).
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related discipline.
• Comfortable travelling to different schools across Singapore.
• Willing to undergo background screening.
• Immediate starters or candidates with up to 2 months' notice are welcome.
