IT Developer

Key Roles

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance programming, coding, testing, debugging, and process automation.
• Explore and integrate AI technologies and APIs into systems where applicable to business requirements.
• Analyze existing manual business processes and design automated system solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end system solutions to digitize and improve company operations.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, performance, and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and system manuals.
• Participate in system deployment, upgrades, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development Management, Software Engineering, or any related field.

• Proficient in using AI-assisted programming and development tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and software development.

• Familiarity with AI APIs, AI integration, automation tools, and prompt engineering is an advantage.

• At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience as an IT Developer, Programmer, Software Developer, or similar role.

• Proficient in ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core 7.0, ASP.NET Core MVC, C#.NET, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL Server/MSSQL, IIS, and Microsoft Azure.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports.

• Strong knowledge of system development, database management, troubleshooting, and software testing.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Willing to be assigned in San Pablo City, Laguna.
