About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong *IT Development Lead* with expertise in full-stack development, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and blockchain technologies.

The ideal candidate will lead our software development team, oversee technical architecture, and drive the development of scalable, intelligent, and secure digital platforms.

This role requires a professional with *hands-on software development experience, strong technical leadership, and practical knowledge of AI-powered applications, cryptocurrency, and modern web technologies.*

The candidate should be capable of making technical decisions, solving complex development challenges, and guiding the team in building reliable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Team Leadership & Technical Management
• Lead, manage, and mentor frontend and backend developers.
• Guide the team on software architecture, coding standards, and technical best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality software development.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and provide hands-on technical guidance.
• Monitor development quality, team productivity, and technical performance.
• Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve product capabilities.

2. Full Stack Development & Software Architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and digital platforms.
• Provide technical guidance on frontend and backend development.
• Work with technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, PHP, and TypeScript.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party services.
• Design secure, scalable, and maintainable application architectures.
• Participate in hands-on development, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Review existing applications and recommend architectural improvements.
• Ensure application reliability, security, and maintainability.

3. Artificial Intelligence & Intelligent Automation

• Lead the integration of AI capabilities into existing and new software applications.
• Work with *Large Language Models (LLMs)* such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Understand *AI agents, agentic workflows, function calling, and tool integrations*.
• Integrate AI APIs with backend systems, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Work with *Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)*, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Develop AI-driven features for customer support, analytics, content processing, and business automation.
• Understand prompt engineering, structured outputs, model evaluation, and AI response optimization.
• Evaluate AI model performance, latency, reliability, and API usage costs.
• Implement appropriate security, access controls, and data privacy measures for AI integrations.
• Identify opportunities to introduce AI into existing applications to improve efficiency and user experience.

Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Integration

• Understand cryptocurrency fundamentals, blockchain networks, wallets, and digital asset transactions.
• Oversee integrations with cryptocurrency payment gateways and blockchain APIs.
• Work with blockchain networks such as Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, and TRON.
• Understand stablecoins such as USDT and USDC and their transaction processes.
• Support wallet integrations, transaction monitoring, and blockchain-based payment workflows.
• Understand Web3 connectivity and smart contract integration concepts.
• Ensure secure wallet interactions, transaction verification, and blockchain-related integrations.
• Collaborate with blockchain specialists when advanced smart contract development is required.

Cloud Infrastructure & Application Performance

• Have a working understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Support application hosting, deployments, and infrastructure requirements.
• Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure specialists when necessary.

Code Quality, Security & Performance

• Establish and maintain coding standards, testing practices, and technical documentation.
• Ensure secure API development, authentication, and authorization.
• Identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain database performance and application reliability.
• Ensure proper version control using Git and collaborative development practices.
• Review code for security vulnerabilities, performance issues, and maintainability.
• Promote secure, maintainable, and well-tested software development practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.*
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing software development teams.*
• Strong frontend development skills using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Next.js.
• Strong backend development experience with Laravel, PHP, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, and database optimization.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• *Practical experience integrating AI models or LLM APIs into software applications.*
• Understanding of AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and intelligent automation.
• Working knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain networks, digital wallets, and crypto payment integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting and deployment environments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, application security, and performance optimization.
• Excellent technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing AI-powered SaaS, fintech, or blockchain applications.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
• Knowledge of Python and FastAPI for AI-related backend services.
• Experience building multi-step AI agents and workflow automation.
• Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, WalletConnect, or MetaMask integrations.
• Understanding of smart contracts and Solidity.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges and payment processing APIs.
• Working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of AI model monitoring, evaluation, and cost optimization.
