Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business and technical requirements.

• Perform Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and/or Flow Builder.

• Design and implement integration between Salesforce and external/internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Support Salesforce configuration, automation, data modeling, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce technical solutions.

• Collaborate with Business Analyst, QA, developers, and other stakeholders throughout project implementation.

• Prepare technical documentation and provide support for application issues and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce Development, Salesforce Technical Consulting, or related roles.

• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, and/or Salesforce Flow.

Familiar with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

• Experience with REST/SOAP API integration is preferred.

• Good understanding of data modeling, database concepts, and software development lifecycle.

• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions is preferred.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
