Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's IT strategy and technology roadmap
• Oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and technical services
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT and technical teams
• Ensure technology systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective
• Establish IT policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Oversee cybersecurity, access controls, and technology risk management
• Manage cloud platforms, networks, servers, applications, and business systems
• Develop and manage IT budgets, resources, and priorities
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical solutions
• Lead digital transformation and technology improvement projects

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in IT management or technology leadership
• Experience leading technical teams and complex IT projects
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to connect technology strategy with business objectives
• Relevant IT certifications are an advantage
