You will join a diverse team of internal experts and external consultants who together support the development of a sustainable, resilient, and future‑proof energy grid. The environment values innovation, collaboration, and diversity, believing that inclusive teams drive better outcomes.
Role: IT Domain Architect – Asset Management
We are looking for a high‑impact IT Domain Architect to strengthen the Architecture team, with a specific focus on the Asset Management domain — the backbone of infrastructure operations.
You will act as a pragmatic bridge between business ambitions and technology execution. Your mission: ensure that the IT landscape of the Asset domain is coherent, secure, scalable, operable, and future‑proof, supporting safe and reliable grid operations.

Maintain an up‑to‑date overview of all Asset IT applications and platforms.
Perform portfolio assessments (e.g., TIME, 6R) in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for reuse and rationalization.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure lifecycle alignment from build to retire.
🔹 Strategic Advisory
Conduct trade-off analyses (cost, risk, complexity, time-to‑value).
Review Solution Architecture deliverables for domain consistency.
Develop and maintain domain roadmaps anticipating regulatory, technological, and energy‑sector evolution.
Advise leadership on long‑term architectural implications.
🔹 Data, Integration & Information Architecture
Collaborate with Data Architects and Solution Architects to define and govern data models, integration patterns, and ownership structures.
Ensure interoperability across enterprise systems, operational tools, and analytics platforms.
Drive semantic consistency and data quality across the domain.
🔹 Security, Resilience & Compliance
Embed security, availability, and resilience requirements into domain architectures.
Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and cyber regulatory standards.
Define architectural measures supporting business continuity and disaster recovery.
