IT -EDP Support Engineer

• Troubleshoot and resolve Server related issues, including hardware and HIMS software problems.
• Provide technical support and assistance to employees with Hardware, HIMS Software, Networking related queries.
• Install, configure, and maintain Server, Computers, N-computings, Printers, CCTV and other computer systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates of Server systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and implement procedures for Software / Server support and maintenance.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of server, N-computing, Desktop systems, including Windows and macOS.
• Experience with Server, desktop hardware, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical support to non-technical staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with HIMS software and systems is an advantage.
