IT Educational Support Professional

The Sandwich Public Schools has an opening for a Technology Educational Support Professional (ESP) that possesses the following abilities and/or is willing to learn on the job.

Duties and Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

• Demonstrates ability to resolve general computer problems.
• A working knowledge of operating systems and computer networking structure is preferred.
• Set up of new software and hardware for staff and administration.
• Training will be provided to perform necessary repairs and maintenance for school computers and associated equipment.
• Provide email and software assistance to all staff.
• Consult and respond to school staff that experience technology difficulties.
• Ability and willingness to work independently and professionally.
• Ability and willingness to establish and maintain a cooperative and respectful relationship with administration, staff, and students.

COMPENSATION - FY27 CAT 3 Range: $32.18/hr. - $39.06/hr. based on experience and an 8 step scale.
