* Provide IT support to office & shop-floor users
* Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers & scanners
* Support Windows, MS Office/M365, email & basic Active Directory
* Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN & network connectivity
* Support barcode scanners, label printers & production IT systems
* Handle IT tickets and ensure timely resolution
* Maintain IT assets and user documentation
* Coordinate with vendors and IT infrastructure/application teams
* Support production-critical IT issues and minimize downtime
