IT Endpoint Support

About the role

Provide IT helpdesk and support to users, including troubleshooting and incident resolution in accordance with SLAs, managing and monitoring mobile devices via Mobile Device Management (MDM), and installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and incident resolution in accordance with SLAs
• Manage and monitor mobile devices via Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
• Support the operation of Windows, Android, and iOS-based devices
• Manage user support tickets through to resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding technical requirements
• Prepare documentation and IT activity reports

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Endpoint Support
• Understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) concepts and implementation
• Proficient in troubleshooting Android, iOS, and Windows-based devices
• Knowledge of IT device installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in a 24/7 shift system
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency, particularly for reading and understanding technical documentation and written communication
