IT Engineer (34006)

【Job Description】

• Provide Tier 1 IT support for users (PCs, networks, printers, and IT devices)
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily hardware and software issues independently
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
• Manage IT assets, including inventory of computers, servers, and network devices
• Monitor and maintain server rooms and data center environments
• Support GMP computerized systems across their full lifecycle (requirements, validation, maintenance)
• Ensure data integrity, user access control, and backups in compliance with regulatory standards (FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11)
• Support audits by maintaining system qualification, documentation, and access reviews
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on IT-related projects
• Maintain documentation and logbooks in line with GDP requirements

【Qualification】

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure or application support
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms and technologies
• Experience with data center / server room operations
• Familiar with virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V) and networking (e.g., Cisco)
• Understanding of GMP/GDP, data integrity, and computerized system validation
• Good communication skills in Thai and English
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks, and work independently
• Team player with strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Flexible to support overtime during maintenance or shutdown periods
