JOB SUMMARY

Dexta Africa is seeking a competent and proactive IT Engineer & Support Specialist to provide technical support, maintain office IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage network connectivity, and support cybersecurity and data protection practices.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in IT support, IT engineering, or systems administration.

Hands-on experience providing technical support in an office or corporate environment.

Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, Windows OS, printers, and troubleshooting.

Understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.

Knowledge of cybersecurity, endpoint protection, data security, and data protection procedures.

* Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and online content publishing.

* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is an added advantage.

* Ability to support basic website updates, online campaigns, and digital business operations when required.trong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant IT or cybersecurity certifications are an added advantage.
