IT Engineer – Application Support (Yearly Contract)

REPORTS TO: IT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

• Maintain and improve daily work, responsible for resolving escalated service issues; work with other IT engineers to resolutions and implementing complex projects, and for maintaining and overseeing the technology of their assigned function.

• Utilize the IT technology, maintain, analyzing, fixing, long and short-term roadmap and lead the implementation of infrastructure, system and application projects to continuously improve on refinery business, infrastructure and business work processes for maximum system availability, integrity, security, confidentiality, plan and design including infrastructure, IT system and application software.

• Provide production system support services to SPRC Business Applications users by utilizing technical expertise and experience to ensure that all Applications users can competently utilize the applications with minimal disruption.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Computer, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in application support, business systems analysis, or IT solution implementation.

• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as ERP, HCM, CRM, Manufacturing, Laboratory, Procurement, Finance, or custom-developed applications.

• Proven track record in troubleshooting application issues and delivering system enhancements.

• Experience working with vendors, software providers, and cross-functional business teams.

• Working knowledge of databases, SQL, interfaces, APIs, and system integration concepts.

• Experience in project implementation or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Good in English both spoken and written.
