IT Engineer

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1、网络安全：维护新加坡/马来西亚公司SD-WAN跨境网络，搭建网络安全防护体系，管控防火墙与终端安全，规范数据备份、权限及加密工作，符合当地合规要求。
Cybersecurity: Maintain cross-border SD-WAN networks for Singapore and Malaysia branches, build network security defense systems, manage firewalls and endpoint security, standardize data backup, access rights and encryption to meet local compliance standards.

2、机房服务器：负责两地机房环境、供电、空调等基础设施巡检；运维Windows、Linux服务器及存储设备，保障基础服务稳定运行。
Data Center & Servers: Inspect infrastructure including environment, power supply and air conditioning in data centers of both regions; operate and maintain Windows, Linux servers and storage equipment to guarantee stable basic services.

3、终端运维：统筹办公及工控终端、各类外设设备管理、批量部署与故障处理；依托Intune等工具实现终端统一管控，处理日常用户运维问题。
Endpoint Maintenance: Manage office and industrial control terminals plus all peripherals, including mass deployment and troubleshooting; realize unified endpoint management via Intune and other tools, and resolve daily user IT issues.

4、生产系统：负责MES、WMS生产系统运维，管控账号权限、备份业务数据，排查系统及数据同步故障，保障产线正常生产。
Production Systems: Maintain MES and WMS production systems, manage account permissions, back up business data, troubleshoot system and data synchronization errors to ensure smooth workshop production.

5、应急与台账：制定故障应急预案，快速处置断网、设备故障等突发事故；建立运维台账，完成日常审计归档。
Emergency Handling & Records: Formulate fault emergency response plans, rapidly handle unexpected incidents such as network outages and equipment breakdowns; maintain operation logs and complete daily audit filing.

6、其他工作：对接供应商与集团IT，完成系统升级优化；组织员工培训，编撰操作手册，规范设备及系统使用流程。
Other Tasks: Coordinate with suppliers and corporate IT team to carry out system upgrades and optimization; organize staff training, compile operation manuals and standardize equipment and system operating procedures.

任职要求 Job Requirements
1、基础要求：计算机相关本科及以上学历，能适应机房、车间工作，接受应急加班。
Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in computer-related majors, able to work in data centers and workshops, and accept emergency overtime work.

2、工作经验：5年以上制造业/跨国企业IT运维经验，熟悉IT/OT架构，精通网络、机房、服务器故障排查。
Work Experience: Over 5 years of IT operation and maintenance experience in manufacturing or multinational enterprises, familiar with IT/OT architecture, proficient in troubleshooting networks, data centers and servers.

3、专业技能：掌握网络安全、数据防泄漏相关技术，了解海外信息安全法规；熟练使用主流终端管理工具，擅长桌面标准化运维。
Professional Skills: Master cybersecurity and data leakage prevention technologies, familiar with overseas information security laws; skilled in mainstream endpoint management tools and standardized desktop maintenance.

4、综合能力：具备机房搭建、设备上架调试经验；中英文沟通无障碍，可独立处理各类突发故障，擅长跨部门协作。
Comprehensive Competencies: Experienced in data center construction and equipment racking & commissioning; fluent in Chinese and English, capable of independently solving various sudden failures and skilled in cross-departmental cooperation.

5、优先条件：持有主流网络设备（如Cisco/Huawei）、服务器（如RedHat/Microsoft）、数据库等相关高级技术认证；持有PMP项目管理认证或ITIL服务管理认证者优先。
Preferred Qualifications: Hold advanced certifications for mainstream network devices (Cisco/Huawei), servers (RedHat/Microsoft), databases, etc.; candidates with PMP or ITIL certifications are preferred.
