IT Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated IT Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support AI solutions for the organization. The role involves AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, system integration, and AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-powered applications, chatbots, AI agents, and automation solutions.
• Build and integrate Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and machine learning solutions.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and knowledge bases.
• Prepare and manage structured and unstructured data for AI applications.
• Deploy and support AI solutions in on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Support AI security, access control, data governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Research new AI technologies and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and deliver practical AI use cases.
• Document AI architectures, technical designs, and implementation processes.

Technical Requirements

• Knowledge of Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, REST APIs, and system integration.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn is an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in mobile application development using Dart and Flutter is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Docker, cloud platforms, CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, or GPU-based AI infrastructure is an advantage.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong programming, AI knowledge, or relevant projects are encouraged to apply.
