IT Engineer

Working Location : Amata City Industrial Estate, Chonburi Province

Working Day-Hours : Monday-Friday 08.00-18.00

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware and equipment, including computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure computers, printers, and IT equipment for new employees.
• Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, network, and IT equipment problems.
• Check defective equipment and coordinate with vendors or external service providers for repair and maintenance.
• Maintain and update IT asset records, including equipment status, repairs, replacements, and usage.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees regarding IT equipment and basic IT usage.
• Support IT operations in both office and factory areas as required.
• Communicate and coordinate with Chinese-speaking managers and employees regarding IT issues and requirements.
• Prepare IT-related reports and documents and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Engineer, or IT Hardware-related positions.
• Good knowledge and experience in troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Good command of Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate in a working environment.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with Chinese-speaking managers and foreign employees.
• Able to work in a factory environment and provide on-site IT support when required.
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
