Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, access rights, and permissions.
• Monitor and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, and routers.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, internet, and network-related issues.
• Install and maintain operating systems, applications, and required software.
• Support employees with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and other business applications.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, licenses, and assigned devices.
• Monitor IT systems and ensure regular backups and data protection procedures are followed.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security policies, antivirus solutions, and access controls.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors when required.
• Support the setup of IT equipment and systems for new employees and workstations.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and ensure IT equipment is functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team or service provider.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Prepare basic IT reports and provide updates regarding technical issues, equipment, and system status.
• Assist in IT-related projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems , or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT support or IT operations.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience with IT asset and user account management.
• Good understanding of information security and data protection principles.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical requests efficiently.
