Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented IT Engineer to manage, maintain, and support the company's IT infrastructure, computer systems, network operations, and technical requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, practical IT experience, and the ability to ensure smooth and secure technology operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, switches, and related infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and security updates.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, email accounts, user access, and permissions, as applicable.
• Maintain IT inventory, software licenses, system documentation, and asset records.
• Monitor network performance, system availability, data backups, and cybersecurity measures.
• Troubleshoot internet connectivity, server, VPN, and other IT infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors whenever required.
• Implement IT security policies and ensure the protection of company data and systems.
• Provide timely technical assistance and maintain proper records of reported issues and resolutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant IT experience in a corporate or business environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience in networking, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and email administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, backups, endpoint security, and IT asset management is an advantage.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple IT support requests and work independently.
• Good command of English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.

Employment Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside in Kuwait.
• Must possess a valid and transferable Kuwait residency, subject to applicable requirements and company approval.
• Candidates must be available to join within a reasonable period.
• Relevant IT experience and technical knowledge are essential.
