IT Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, software and network equipment.

Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and security systems.

Perform regular system updates, backups and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.

Manage user accounts, access permissions and IT equipment inventory.

Ensure IT systems comply with company security policies and procedures.

Assist with IT projects, system upgrades and implementation of new technologies.

Document technical issues, solutions and maintenance activities.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

Relevant experience in IT support, systems administration or network maintenance is preferred.

Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365 and common IT applications.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
