About the role
Design, configure and implement enterprise network solutions. Monitor, patch, troubleshoot and optimize network components. Support LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewall and security environments. Provide 3rd-line customer support and incident resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure and implement enterprise network solutions
- Monitor, patch, troubleshoot and optimize network components
- Support LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewall and security environments
- Provide 3rd-line customer support and incident resolution
- Support Cisco WLC, Cisco ISE and IEEE 802.1X authentication
- Collaborate with global teams and external providers
About you
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant network design, implementation and operations experience
- Check Point firewalls
- Cisco routing and switching
- Cisco ISE and Cisco Wireless (WLC)
- OSPF and BGP
- LAN / WAN / WLAN troubleshooting
- VPN: IP-VPN, SSL-VPN and IPsec-VPN
- MPLS, ISP connectivity and SD-WAN
- Zabbix, NetFlow or similar monitoring tools
- Relevant networking or security certification preferred
